| Children learn from a very young age that the words they use can provoke a strong reaction in the adults around them. If your child uses rude words, they are best ignored. If you acknowledge what he has said, or tell him off for using these types of words, he will realise that the words he uses has an effect on your behaviour. This is likely to encourage him to use them over and over again. |
